Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by TechSolvix. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Services

TechSolvix provides digital services including website design and development, WordPress development, eCommerce solutions, SEO, paid advertising, branding, digital marketing, website maintenance, and other related digital solutions.

2. Project Acceptance

A project is considered confirmed once the client approves the proposal or quotation and the required advance payment has been received. Work will not commence until these conditions are met.

3. Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion before final delivery or migration.
Invoices should be paid within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may delay delivery.

4. Scope Changes

Any work requested outside the agreed project scope may require additional time and may be quoted separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project information.
Provide all required content, credentials and branding materials.
Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.
Provide clear and timely feedback.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

If TechSolvix is unable to complete the agreed project due to reasons solely within our control, any unused portion of the advance payment will be refunded.

If the client cancels the project after development has commenced, payments already made are generally non-refundable. Where applicable, any refund will be calculated after deducting the value of completed work, development hours, purchased assets, licenses, and project-related expenses already incurred.

7. Delivery Timeline

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to delayed client responses, content delays, additional revisions, third-party services, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Domain, Hosting & Ownership

Unless specifically included in the project proposal, domain registration, hosting services, premium plugins, premium themes, stock assets, third-party APIs, subscriptions, and licensing fees are not included in the project price.

If the client requests domain ownership transfer, hosting migration, DNS changes, registrar transfer, or website migration to another provider, any fees charged by third-party providers shall be the client's responsibility. TechSolvix will reasonably assist with the process where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed website or deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. TechSolvix retains ownership of proprietary tools, reusable code libraries, frameworks, templates, and internal development methodologies.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TechSolvix reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

11. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by either party during the project shall remain confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent unless required by law.

12. Project Suspension

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold. Resuming the project may require a revised delivery schedule.

13. Warranty

TechSolvix provides a 30-day warranty covering defects directly related to the delivered work. This warranty does not cover third-party services, plugin updates, hosting issues, client modifications, or changes made by others after delivery.

14. Limitation of Liability

TechSolvix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
